OVERVIEW
So many people overlook the importance of a logo - they believe that it is something that you just 'create' and then you move on, without fully appreciating that this little mark is the beginning of your customer relationship. With that in mind, a logo should be clearly defined, showcase the values and personality of your brand and act as the foundational figurehead of all your marketing efforts.
I've worked across many different industries and sectors, but each project is approached in a similar way - a process that starts with defining the brand, then aligning this with the design brief to ensure a cohesive connection between the brand and the visual identity.
Then I finish with the design phase to create logos that differentiate clients from the competition and begin the conversation with customers. The logos are then collated in multiple sizes and file formats for immediate use across marketing platforms and assets.
If the brief requires, I then design a full brand visual identity system - primary logo, logo variants, colour palette, typography and associated brand visual assets - to ensure that these can be used across all marketing channels effectively, tying the brand together for consistency.
With all brand design projects, I also create a logo/brand guidelines document that highlights the correct usage for the design assets variants so that they are always used effectively and can deliver the maximum return on investment.
